The Deaf Education Centre has a comprehensive captioning program to support staff and students who are Deaf or hard of hearing. Our Captioning Officer, Lisa June, is highly experienced and as described in “The Post” newspaper article below, in October 2011 she travelled to Victoria to provide consultancy and advice to assist with the establishment of a captioning centre in a large educational facility. We are very proud that Lisa’s expertise in captioning has been recognised on a national level.
